These data are believed to be true and accurate, responding to the actual conditions of your waste types and your facility. Your company bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the data.

The offer you will receive is based on the data you have forwarded to us. Our company CINAR AE bears no responsibility for the accuracy of the data. Any variation of the data will result in a corresponding variation of our offer.

CINAR SA’s offer is subject to modifications, depending on the results of the autopsy that is likely to follow, and the results of the chemical analyzes of the waste samples that will be taken. 

By forwarding the data, you accept that the possible disclosure of the personal data of natural persons is in accordance with   the current legislation (Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of personal data of natural persons). The data may relate to employees and partners and relate to personal information (e.g. first name, last name, etc.). 

CINAR AE may process these only for the smooth creation of the offer, taking the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure their good use.

No responsibility arises for CINAR AE from the processing of the data and from the offer to be submitted.

The sending of the offer does not constitute an agreement or contract and does not entail any contractual liability for the two dealing parties.

The offer will be indicative and in order for it to become binding there must be a signed commitment by the two parties involved.
